As an IT Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. You will evaluate the clients technology environment with regards to IT Governance, IT Processes and controls, Digital Strategy, Business Processes and identify the associated risks
You will perform IT risk assessment and support clients in understanding these risks and how they are linked to their business. For these risk assessments we use our internal Deloitte Risk Methodology as well as frameworks like COBIT, ISO, and ITIL
You will perform IT audits in a wide area of IT domains (applicative and infrastructure layers), while always being supported by subject matter experts in cyber security, third party risks and IT assurance
You will work together with clients to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT processes, IT systems and IT organization
During IT audits you will lead interviews with clients as well as test and assess IT and business controls in order to identify potential risks that are not addressed
You will have responsibility to manage and coach less experienced team members
Throughout IT audits, you will keep in close contact with clients to discuss and validate the observations

As a Consultant in our Risk Advisory department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.
You will work collaboratively with the wider Financial Risk Measurement team and our clients. The role requires flexibility to tackle a wide range of tasks:
Contribute to all aspects of credit and traded risk model development and deployment including design, coding, testing, validation and review. The most common types of credit risk models worked on by the team are operational scorecards, IRB capital models for Pillar 1 Credit Risk, IFRS 9 impairment models, forecasting models and stress testing models.
Help deliver projects to evaluate, design and implement policies, procedures and strategies to effectively deploy and execute risk models and processes, consistent with regulatory requirements and/or market practice across credit risk model delivery.
Perform reviews of risk model deployment and execution frameworks, including gathering business requirements, assessing conceptual designs, examining governance and controls, and testing outcomes.
Help the team expand its range of services and solutions in the market place, considering operations, analytics and target operating model considerations for clients, plus how to deliver with third party providers.
Keep up to date with academic, technical and industry developments in the field of credit and traded risk management, deployment and implementation.
Applicants will need to be able to review large volumes of information quickly and efficiently in order to identify and disseminate the key points in a coherent manner.

Key Qualifications
An academic background in Mathematics, Engineering or Quantitative Finance which must include stochastic calculus (a Masters degree in a relevant quantitative/finance discipline or Professional qualification such as PRMIA, GARP, CFA would be an advantage).
Strong IT skills including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical coding packages (e.g. Python, R, SAS).
Experience in Financial Maths (ex. Derivatives, pricing, risk modelling etc.)
Proficient in English to be able to support international clients.
Knowledge of risk management fundamentals (Basel regulation, standardized vs advanced approaches, risk parameters etc.) is an advantage.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work closely with the NSE functional leader – Head of Technology support, to standardize technology across NSE and establish a NSE VDI service team to ensure a consistent user experience and frictionless support. We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and inspirational Senior Manager of Cloud Architecture and Assurance. You will lead an established, high performing team of Cloud Platform and Cloud Solution Architects committed to providing expert advice to our business lines in adoption of cloud whilst ensuring compliance with Deloitte and industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Roadmap Development:
· Architecture Roadmap: Define and drive the future architecture roadmap for Deloitte NSE Cloud Services platform offerings on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure architectural initiatives align with business goals and objectives.
· Cyber Security: In close collaboration with Cyber security architects and CISO functions, advocate strong security awareness and best practices in all NSE Cloud services.

Compliance Framework Development: Develop and maintain a technology compliance framework to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Risk Assessment: Define and conduct regular assessments of technology controls and processes to identify compliance risks. Work with Technology risk manager to report and mitigate identified risks.
Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on technology-related regulatory changes and ensure the organization’s technology compliance efforts remain current.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal audit and risk management teams to address technology compliance concerns.
Guidance and Training: Provide guidance and training to IT and business teams on technology compliance matters.
Compliance Management: Manage and improve compliance to Member Firm Standards. Publish periodic reports to monitor compliance progress of Member Firm Standards, Cookie Compliance, GTOM compliance, etc.
Compliance Reporting Automation: Automate compliance reporting.
IT Internal Audit: Identify areas for internal audit and define terms of reference. Work with internal audit and technology risk team to improve internal audit maturity and streamline the audit management process.
Collaborate with diverse teams throughout NSE to uphold compliance with standards and work on matters related to compliance and internal audit.

Highly developed influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Proven experience (at least 3 years +) in a technology compliance role
Knowledge of technology-related laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, 22301 etc.).
Strong understanding of IT controls and cybersecurity requirements.
Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel and must possess good report building and presentation skills.
Very Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability tooperate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables.
Experience of working in geographically dispersed virtual teams.
An Engineering degree and relevant Master’s degree or certificate is desirable.
